Spree Air HOG!
I have a 1986 honda spree. I have tried 2 carburetors and the thing will not run about 15 mph chugging with the original air intake setup. I had to drill holes in the top to get enough in. Now it goes about 26, considerably faster. But it is extremely loud due to the massive amount of air it intakes...

What would you thing would be the best grade of gas to put in a spree? Would or do you use 87, 89, or 93 octane? I know that 93 will make you go considerably faster, but is it good for the spree? What type of gas produces the most carbon buildup in sprees. Also I use Lucas Semi-Synthetic oil, would ...
