novs, its just a honda sticker...it had been sprayed before i bought it. i have new white HONDA decals for the sides once i re spray the side shells to match the front which i already did. i want better stock aero panels but all the parts aeros i check out make my pannels look pretty good haha. whee...

found the gears...sweet. with the malossi BBK stock airbox/exhaust, what jet should i start out with? or what jet should i start at and jet down from while i plug chop?

hey, the 84 aero motor is simmilar to the spree motor. does anyone know if it uses the same motor mount? i have access to an 84 motor and trans, and was wondering if it would be something that would take no welding. thanks!

i almost gave up...* i almost bought a brand new carb, but the guys on this forum insisted so i armed myself with a guitar string and carb cleaner blasted into it by a compressed air nozzle. it will clear. that little tube is the devil.

NGK nunbers BPR6 is normal conditions
BPR4 is colder climates. spreetard really is probably right with the bystarter thing though.

i agree with wheelman about inital start the plug heat range doesnt really matter.
plugs are cheap though, and you need spares anyways.
cars have difficulty starting with weak spark, and once they get running, it can mask the symptoms of a weak spark.

hey, does anyone know what gram rollers come with daywots polini modified ramp plate he has for sale on ebay? it says it comes with 3 sets (18 rollers) but it doesnt say what weights. thanks!

the aero manual also says NGK BPR4HSA can be used for cold climate.

hey, i live in Portland and have an aero 50 as well. its an 85 like yours so no kickstart. does the starter crank fast or does it sound like its having trouble getting the cold motor to turn over. My scoot lives outside too and starts well, all i can think of is maybe your spark plug.NGK# 4632 BPR6H...
