CHT gauge temp range
Looking for temp gauge. Wondering what the minimum temp range would be? Lot of gauges i've seen go to mid 300's, which seems slightly too low. Guess i need to know what a average running temp and overheat temp is for my elite se50?

Comas are used instead of decimal points in most of Europe, so it's 39. Is the arrow comparable to the leo or wild lion?

Re: afo5e expansion chamber
Thanks again mouse. That's the area for an afo5 exhaust port right? Also I'm going to go with 600 degrees. I've read somewhere besides here, not recalling where at the moment, that was the way to go.

Re: afo5e expansion chamber
Not so sure we're on the same page. In my quote above noiseguy says exhaust port angle is 140 deg, transfer port 104 deg The manual says degrees for ports to open. If we're talking about the spree it would be 71 degrees from top and the scavenging port opens 52 degrees from top . These numbers are d...

I've seen noiseguy's post on Spree exhaust info FYI: On the Spree, the exhaust port angle is 140 deg, transfer port 104 deg, exhaust port area is 225 mm^2. Use exhaust temp of 600K. The Spree tops out around 8000 RPM at just under 30 MPH, so you can either use that as the RPM or go higher/lower. Won...

Got a good deal lined up for a 84 Aero 125. Nice looking scooter, but i don't want to buy it until i know more about it. Does anybody have experience with these? Pretty sure it was only made the one year, so is it hard to find parts?
