If you get a aero exhaust, up jet and aftermarket vari as outlined in this thread. It should be capable of 40.

Never have had an issue getting the cylinder off or having a key made. The code is only on the ignition. You may need a registration to prove you own it, however my local dealer cuts keys from code for about $10

Remove leg shield, the rest is self explanatory. If you can't do it you have no business owning a Spree.

Remove the lock take to a Honda motorcycle shop and they can cut a key from the code on the lock. $10 at my local shop.

Update. Took the battery to a cycle shop. Doa. No good. So i shelled out 50 bucks for a new one. Bike started first try! And i got it registered today which i was also worried about as it haf no previous papers. So now im on the road!! Now to go duck tape my seat.....lol Since you are into Ebay... ...

Remove the cable from the hub and see if the brake lever on the hub moves by hand. If it does, you need a new cable.

The new CDI got spark going to my new plugs, hurray! Then I cleaned the carb and put everything back in place... Then the engine puttered for like 1 second... and then the starter motor quit working and started smoking. I was jumping power directly to the starter motor from a Toyota Echo's car batt...
