setup was built by scooterwerx af05 with malossi bbk malossi reeds areche 21mm carb koso vari cdi delta clutch leo vince pipe malossi special belt 90-90-10 tire on metropolitan rim with the tall gears it would do 48-50 on flats ,55 on a down grade, and 35-40 on a upgrade 48-50 is riding around 7,500...

oh do i..i have all the lights timed around here. so many gaps wher cars try to be asshats and i catch them slippin at the next light.. the best!

i c.. well i think next in line is a af16 if this thing blows up.
but after riding it all day today i plan on putting the tall gears back in. the sluggish starts are not as bad as rapped out doin 45 .
maybe play with rollors abit to get back alil take off speed.

malossi final drive gears
anyone know have experiance with final drive gears??
i re-installed the stock gears in my aero50 due to a slugish take off .
but now im hitting max rpms at a much sooner mph..
curious what set ups others prefer?

yes. cut on a plasma table. machined a nice piviting tube so it wont get all wobbled out like the oem one. near same dimenions

all met years are the same... only thing i can think off is the met wheels total pacing may be narrower or wider than the aero... or it me be spot on the same. use the aero hardware and the only thing i can see is having to add washers to fill in any space between fork tubes.. if needed.
