Hi all, My 2001 Honda Elite S (De-restricted) has been sitting for some time now. When it was running, it ran great. However, I kept having the issue of kick starting it 30+ times before it would actually crank. I gave up for awhile. I'm back (years later) and looking to get it up and running again....

I cannot get this thing to run right for the life of me. In order to get a solid idle, I have to run a 45 pilot with the screw about 2 turns out, but when it sits and idles, it loads up and spits when you go to take off. The 40 fixes that, but then seems to run a bit lean when cruising at about 40....

It is definitely worth the upgrade to a polini carb, and also a stage 6 intake. Those ct's love to leak and the reads like to fall apart. Most people think the pipe is the only reason their bike is loud, but this is false. Running an open filter makes a bike MUCH louder. If you want a sleeper setup...
