Ok hopefully this is not a stupid question but, How would you do that? 2 head gaskets????Wheelman-111 wrote:
Most BBKs therefore come with a new cylinder head. If not, additional volume must be created above the cylinder to keep CR manageable.
(sorry for all the questions but I like to be sure.)

Re: *GROUP BUY* -Elite S/Dio 50mm Ruima Big Bore Kits-
Both the Malossi and Polini AF05 kits are designed to re-use the stock head. Compression should be too high, at face value. I don't understand.... Also, now i know i have to reuse my head, is it worth getting some fine sandpaper and getting the black stuff of the inside of the head thus smoothing i...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... AAU%3A1123
That one is $85.00 more expensive... for the same thing... I could get 2 of VT's one.
Is there any difference with these kits?????

Re: *GROUP BUY* -Elite S/Dio 50mm Ruima Big Bore Kits-
Greetings: Sorry SE, the 16 and 05 bore kits don't easily interchange. Everything, including stud spacing, is a bit different. :( VTCycles had a 46mm Taiwanese kit for 63cc, and there are 47mm/65cc Polini kits from DayWOT. Malossi also made a 47mm AF05 cylinder kit. Thanks for the info... But, how ...

Re: Check out my reeds....
Greetings: The Seller probably is incorrect in stating that this is from an '84 - that engine was quite different from the '86, probably used a 2-bolt manifold design that the '85 Aero and SB50 Elite "E" models inherited. That said, it appears to be a manifold and reed block from an '86-'...

Re: What is the best way to clean the gas tank on a 86 spree?
I did an hour or two research on the net about how to clean the inside of my elite tank. ( inside of tank wasn't that bad, just a little bit of particles at the bottom and some minor rust spots) And all i could only really find were these fancy methods of how to do it with special chemicals, epoxys ...
