I didn't shim the wheel, it was centered on my 89 elite sb50 with a sym dd50 motor(dio copy).
Just did it for looks. It still handled fine. Just had to shave the rear shock a bit(got the rear shock with a short spring on top for clearance) and v8 pipe fit fine.

IMO the 2k torque spring may be your problem if you have the zx trans id go 1.5k or 1k. the stiff spring holds the pulley longer so the belt doesnt go into the rear pulley. hence the lack of topend.

Have you ran the pg long with your airbox? it should quite the bike down a bit. btw you corsa is running good. got about 3,500 miles on it.

watch out those chinese ones may crack easier. id rather get the sym dd50 trans over the chinese gy6.

What kind of bike is it for? there are disk brake rims/ drum. the 12mm is for sym/taiwan bikes mostly and 10mm is japan ruckus/elite. do you want to swap you front end? there is alot of options.

honda g-dash stem and honda metro forks/brakes. you can fit dio forks and disk brake if you want.

Thanks its an 80/90-10 irc i put ruckus/metro forks on a honda g-dash stem and lowered the fork(chopped and stiff spring) my fan didnt hit but i had to cut for the kicker case. the mount is from an elite s just chopped one side. headset if from a honda pal jdm spec sb50
