When you get it and have to cut the wires off your stock signal follow the picture in tech docs it made it very simple

WOT is controlled by the main jet size, the needle has very minor effect on it. From about 1/4 up to 3/4 to 7/8 throttle is contolled by the needle. I'd leave the main jet and try moving the needle, richening the jet will only lose even MORE top end. As far as temps go, I sit around 275-300 for most riding, 325-350 during long pulls under power.
