I homemade it, is actually energy suspension sway bar bushings, I took the boss from the old rubber bushings, grind off the rubber then press it into the Polyurethane bushing.

cruise around 50mph, top 60mph . the rear wheel actually is not too heavy compare to stock wheel, because is aluminum. the wheel is an ATV front wheel 10x5. cost around $70, hub i just use Kymco/SYM rear drum hub. i rode with those guys last month for the 13th Annual SWERVE 'N' CURVE SCOOTER RALLY. those guys are COOL as *. we rode around Rancho Palos Verde beach, then we end up at this guy's place in middle of no where in Palos Verde, got free beer and free catering tacos
