I am running a SHENG-E cylinder :worship: ( http://www.sheng-e.com ) State of the art craftsmanship and ultra high precision down to the atomic...

Put the 48 pilot in and open the screw to 1 7/8. Almost 2 turns. Try that. As for your speed, there must be something else going on. Mark the pulley with a sharpie to see how high the belt is riding.what brand belt are you using? I can't say for sure but i believe i have a Kitaco kevlar belt by look...

Re: Another plugchop
Ok plug looks good but believe me, the engine runs pretty much like crap... i still have the heat problem, only being saved by the castor oil i guess because is not seizing. I will put marks on the throttle at 1/4 1/2 3/4 positions by looking at the carb slide opening accordingly so i can tell you a...

Someone mentioned i would need a bigger main jet, just want an opinion so i don't spend on different sizes that i would not need. I did not put a 50 yet as b...

Re: 1986 Honda Elite 150D not moving
are you able to turn the clutch bell with your hand?
Try that on the stand with the engine off and the rear wheel should turn slowly as you turn the clutch bell, otherwise you got something stuck or broken in your final drive.

Re: Fired up spree with fresh big bore kit, runs like crap.
Think I found the problem. I'm only pushing 50psi on a hot compression test. When I initially put this thing together, I had put the head on the wrong way. Well, I put it back on the right way, but re-used the head gasket, thinking that I had not run it, so it might be ok(bonehead move, I know). I ...
