Your better off just buying the 10 pack of main jets. What brand bore is that your running? but isn't the 122 main ok? why would i need a pack of 10 mains? Put the 48 pilot in and open the screw to 1 7/8. Almost 2 turns. Try that. As for your speed,there must be something else going on. Mark the pulley with a sharpie to see how high the belt is riding.what brand belt are you using? I can't say for sure but i believe i have a Kitaco kevlar belt by look...

Ok plug looks good but believe me, the engine runs pretty much like crap... i still have the heat problem, only being saved by the castor oil i guess because is not seizing. I will put marks on the throttle at 1/4 1/2 3/4 positions by looking at the carb slide opening accordingly so i can tell you a...

are you able to turn the clutch bell with your hand?
Try that on the stand with the engine off and the rear wheel should turn slowly as you turn the clutch bell, otherwise you got something stuck or broken in your final drive.

smooth out the crank first with a piece of fine sandpaper to remove any rust and then apply some oil or grease and try again...
