Re: AF18 intake size?
Greetings: That sure looks like an AF18 boost port. 12x24mm. The Dio carb flange was wider than the Elite PA carb, but the case port was the same bolt pattern. Are you referring to the picture i posted? It is the AF18 boost port but AFTER i cut it.. i just matched the size with the BBK gasket. The ...

Re: My pink elite 50 starts and then bogs down
I think the problem is the pink color in it... are you sure you want to ride it like this? j/k Start taking apart the carb and give it a good cleaning, blow the jets with compressed air and check the fuel and vac lines for any leaks. Replace the fuel filter too, check spark plug and compression.

Re: Help with 28mm OKO Throttle Cable Please
My cable has a small round head that gets stuck between the metal flat slide and the white plastic where the spring rests. Can you get a picture of whatever you have and post it?

Re: AF16 vs. AF18 engine blocks....
Greetings: Sanjuro built a tasty Dio a few months ago, and has researched his build very carefully as I recall. It's a Very Good Idea to cut the boost port on the cases to match the bore, but why do you say the seals need to be replaced? Sorry i did not want to mean "must replace the seals&quo...

Re: AF16 vs. AF18 engine blocks....
Yeah maybe i should open one of those threads in the build section... i don't see anyone else here with a Dio. The cut in the case for the boost port is very small stock, i can't imagine the af16 being smaller than what i got here, so if you install a BBK you still need to cut the boost port and rep...

Re: Stock Air box
Ok found this other post http://www.hondaspree.net/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?p=133751#p133751 Im going to try something like that. Seems like a great idea on the jetting deal too. Isn't this better than having to play swapping different jet numbers all the time getting gas all over the place and doing pl...

Stock Air box
I have one of these high flow air filters, but it is very easy to get caught in rain every day here in Miami. I guess if the filter ever gets soaked in water im going to screw up the engine so the question is if its possible to use the stock Honda airbox and mod it to fit the Oko 24.? Any pictures a...

Be ghetto
Drill holes and sew it using plastic tie wraps. Make sure to combine different colors to add more pimp factor.
