I was thinking of putting the PG on my otherwise stock scoot for awhile, but seeings as how it will be flowing more air it makes sense to feed it more fuel. Does anyone think the jet that...

Re: SPORT/RACE TORQUE DRIVER

And YES... they work wonders!! I noticed installing my torque driver increased performance quite a bit; smoother shifting (better pull and transition) HOWEVER- there is NOT an aftermarket torque driver that will fit the USA (elite s-SR) 2 pin rear pulley. You MUST have the 3 pin "Dio ZX" ...

CRF swap?

This thought just wandered into my head today.

Do people ever swap dirtbike motor/drivetrains into scooters?

I imagine the result would be insanely dangerous and equally fun. You'd probably have to do some creative engineering though!

SPORT/RACE TORQUE DRIVER

Has anyone used an aftermarket part like this?

http://www.exportstrength.com/product_i ... cts_id=639

I imagine this is a knockoff of a Polini/Malossi part?

Anyone have experience with aftermarket drivers?

Re: Breaking in a new corsa.

Thanks for the sound advice fellas. I also wanted to add that I shopped around for the corsa and was amazed at how much shops wanted for them in the U.S. I ended up talking to some people at Polini USA and ordered through them. It cost me about 220 for the corsa shipped to my door, brand new. Screw ...

Re: Breaking in a new corsa.

thanks for the sound advice.

I already have a CT manifold as well as an oko 24, but i was going to put those on later (after i decide which pipe to get.)

You make a good point about the pumps design limits, so i'll probably be super safe and run some oil in the gas too. :coolcruise:

Breaking in a new corsa.

So i have a stock 94+ elite, along with a nice pile of performance parts to play with. I read a few threads on here about engine break-in, and i think i'll follow the advice written. My question is this, would it be feasible for me to break in a corsa bore with the stock carb (fitted with new jet co...
