Started the season with some upgears, a keli vari with three 6g and three 7g, stock clutch springs and stock center spring. I liked the setup a lot actually! It had good street manners and revved out to about 9k where it held until terminal velocity. Then one day i drove around going WOT everywhere ...

Nah, top speed is fun BUT i live in a pretty dense city and that means lots of stop/start type riding. Need the midrange!

It acts as yet another jet that only starts working at some unknown airflow rate.

It makes tuning the scoot a PITA.

Yea, i know. Stock clutch and center springs arent the best combo for a great launch! I'll remedy that someday.

The engine was warm when i hooked the guage up. After it was on i used the electric start to spin the motor for a few seconds until the reading peaked.
