Well my by starter is completely screwed It has no wires on it and it is busted all to * so I want to remove it and fill in the hole. So how do you think I should do it?

AH! that makes perfect sense. so basically you could put the brakes on quick to get it from about 32 with a regular moped, down to say 15 that should get it low enough to disengage for a more accurate reading. as long as you're not in traffic. Why would you go somewhere with traffic to do a plug ch...
