Hi all,
I was wondering if it is possible to put an af16e engine from a 98 elite on an 89 sb50 frame. If so how do I do it?
Thanks

Idle issues
This morning I started up my 98 elite sa50p and is seemed to be idling very low. When i would stop at a stop light I would have to keep giving it gas or it would stall out. When I got home and put it on the stand however, it started to accelerate very quickly. So basically when the wheel is on the g...

Re: woodruff key
I bought a torque wrench, torqued it correctly, and the woodruff key sheared once again. I think that the flywheel is what is causing the problem, the slot where the key slips into is worn down/stripped.

Re: woodruff key
Alright so how do I make sure it is torqued properly?
Do I just need to tighten it with a torque wrench or do I need some special tool?... I have gone through two woodruff keys already. So how do I tell if it is installed correctly?
Thanks

woodruff key
How do you properly put in the woodruff key?
I can see how it goes in but I have already installed one and it broke. Are there any tricks to know that it is on correctly?
Thanks

new drive belt
I have a 98 SA50P and my drive belt broke. The part number is 23100-GG2-7500 HONDA-BANDO. The problem is I cannot find this belt anywhere. Is it the same as the 23100-GG2-751? I bought it already modded, so I do not know if the stock belt will work or not...

oil pump
I recently took out my oil pump and replaced it with an oil pump plug. I want to sell my oil pump but I am not sure if it works, since the guy who I bought the scooter from had been running premix and not even using the oil pump because of a big bore installation. Before I took it out I ran the scoo...

Stripped crankshaft
I was out riding on my elite yesterday and the drive face seems to have completely stripped my crankshaft. I was wondering what would cause this to happen, I dont wanna put a new crank shaft in there to have this happen again. Also if you guys have a crankshaft for a 98 sa50p elite that you wanna se...
