I got out today for the first ride of the spring Yahoo! It still has problems leaning right. It would not go over 20 which I usually get close to 35. Also way weaker at accelertion. I played with all the electrical lines and I can not make a problem to appear when upright or not appear when leaning ...

Re: aero dies when turning

I am not thinking it is a fuel level in the carb bowl. it will start sputtering within nearly as soon as i lean it to the side. in my experience it takes 20-30 seconds for the car bowl to drain. Also it never dies it just loses all power and sputters so there is gas getting to the cylinder. leaning ...

aero dies when turning

I have a 1986 aero 50. It developed a strange problem. If it is leaning to the right it will sputter and not be responsive to the throttle. But if it's upright or leaning left it runs great. I checked the float it seams to be working correctly. And I have no idea where else to look. Any ideas?

I like the headlight are the rest of the lights getting replaced? the one thing id love to see is foot controls you could go ahead and throw foot brake instead of those silly ...

Re: new gas tank

photo shop? whats that? i'm still using ms paint

how was the riding position on your build? i think the current position is on the tight side and i can not imagine a lower seat would help but using highway pegs might compensate.

Re: Was at a motorcycle salvage yard yesterday.

this summer i was at sport wheels in jordan mn and id say they have around 50-100 mopeds around very few complete and they are mostly in a huge pile, haphazardly thrown in so to get to a moped you have to climb over 10-20 to get there. but every time i had to pick up a part i had a few to chose from...

Re: One last speed run before the dreded winter

will it matter at normal speeds? and will i get worse power if it is running on the rich side as to the lean side? or is it more of a guess and check thing.

i have never once seen a white plug in all the times i have pulled it.
