9:1 is 16x42, right? I got that kit and planning to put on my elite along with stock bore and exhaust... planning to upgrade CVT too... should be ok?

I think I could go for ruckus variator since I will put 16x42 up gear in... the motor is stock only 2k miles ... just want to make sure that I can use stock variator face so I can use electric start?

Hey I was going to order polini variator kit for my af16e but noticed that
Ruckus polini number is 241.626
and Elite polini number is 241.480

any difference between them?

Where can I find more information/instructions in how to put the carb back together on a 1992 Honda Elite 50cc? I need to know how to set up the carb for first run after putting together including air/gas mixture. set/adjust the screws. The carb had been taken apart and I need to put everything back...

How do I check if the throttle slide is aligning with the notch? I think it is, otherwise, the throttle slide will not be able to be inserted completely and unable to be screwed on.

Hey, I am wondering what will worth it to do... right now both bikes are non running from when I bought them.... I have a 1992 Elite SR with af05e, engine/wheel is turning and have a 1999 Elite SR with af16e with locked wheel, not sure what's wrong... maybe gears are messed up.... both engines speed...
