Re: power jet replacement jets

are they used on larger motors? Or is it just something to add $$ to the price of the carb?

Re: Af16 gear change DIY

this in the wiki hondaspree.net/wiki/index.php5?title=Tr ... -_Gearsets only the primaries can be changed without the aid of a hydraulic press. So would they would be the only diy set, unless you have a good size press at home.

Re: Hey...long time no need your help...now I do

you probably can still get them from honda or from tazland here on the site. But if you lost them how does the cyl. and piston look. Usually when they go they do damage to one or the other or both.

Re: homemade 21mm intake

Might have been weight from the carb but I kind of thought the stock airbox being bolted to the frame and attached to the carb would hold the weight. probably should not have ground the welds down.
Any idea what manufacture makes the intake adapter that allows use of the factory air box?

Re: homemade 21mm intake

After several hours/miles of riding with the intake I seem to have had a failure. Cracked weld joint. Oh well not going to try and fix it. I remember reading somewhere about an intake manifold ( think it was either a KOSO or stage6. same company?) That allowed the use of the larger spigot type carbs...

Re: Spree Electrical

If you had the engine totally off of the frame then recheck all the ground connections and plug connectors. I'm pretty sure you have already done this but sometimes we just assume we have done everything correctly. If it worked right before it will probably be something super simple.

Re: cleaning bearing

using one of these will help in bearing removal from the crankshaft. Not necessarily the on in this link using one of these will help in bearing removal.
