anyone know where I can get a good quality bigbore kit for my 1985 Honda nb50 aero? I would like a malossi but would be happy with any quality kit.thanks

also i thought the engines were the same from 85 to 87 but if you look up the piston the number is different from 85 to 87.did they change the pistons in these year to year?

1985 honda aero piston rings.

i cant seem to find piston rings for my 85 aero on hondas web site.i think they might be disc.is there an early model elite that has the same engine as the aero that i could look for?I wanted to do a top end rebuild and i can get all the parts through honda except for the rings.

wow you did an amazing job on that aero.i also have a 85 aero and i live in lexington also.i ride this thing everywhere,saves me so much gas.the aero is by far my favorite scooter of all time and yours is just sick! great job!

I think I'm going with the Pirelli and the metro wheel.same setup as you.it will be nice to have a wider well and tire also. Do you run your stock back shock?i was wondering about clearance with the wider wheel and tire.

I found one for a 2002 chf50 which is a metro.it looks a little wider but it will fit? Just wanna make sure before a buy it

it looks like you can no longer get a back wheel for my 85 aero which i need.does any one know of another newer scooter wheel off of another honda that will fit this bike?

yep that was the problem on one of the carbs i was using.why would it run good with the bystarter out but when i put it in it bogs really bad? seems to be way to rich with the bystarter in.
