Re: Leaking gas 85 spree nq50

Wow never seen a carb crack like that. Also looks like the bystarter is broke too that brass piece shouldn't be there. Might be easier just to get a new carb but it will be a Chinese aftermarket and you will have to block off the oil inlet. If you can find a clean oem carb might save u some headache

Yea don't try to knock them out with a hammer lol I learned that the hard way at least it was an afo5 I busted. Side note u can use a large thick washer on the outside of each bush as a protective from the bushings sliding out

We think itcwas lack of ox...

94 sa50 battery issues

Anyone know a reason my battery could go dead overnight with no key in the ignition but charges when I drive it? Battery is new, about 2 weeks old. I'm thinking regulator/rectifier issues

Re: Anyone rain proof a pod filter?

I took a blue plastic cup and cut it to length and used a self tapping screw to attach it to the pod and cut purge holes in the bottom :D they sell covers for the pods I think. I know they sell the same kind with transparent covers on them already

Re: stator on ebay

Could just be the regulator/rectifier. If it cranks with the kick it's most likely not the stator
