Re: Question on Corsa exhaust port and head gasket
Look at it this way. Do you have to chamfer? No you can slap it together and probably won't know the difference. Chamfering won't yield any power. What it will do is drastically increase ring life and keep your engine healthier longer. Have fun! Take your time and do it right and that cylinder will ...

Re: Question on Corsa exhaust port and head gasket

This isn't hard to do just take your time and be careful. As for the exhaust port. Yes you should match the exhaust port outlet to the exhaust inlet. If...

Re: crankshaft bearng question
glue the Bearing inplace with JB weld (Im sure there is something better) and you should be good. Good Bearings will last a long time. When the bearings need to be replaced again that might be the end after that.

Hello Rip city spree
As wheelman said the main jet plays little to no effect on the pilot circuit.
The bike will start and idle fine even with the Main jet removed.
Double check everything.

Re: Do you have a fake chinese OKO carburator how to tell
Hey good thread! Thank you cruzingratiot!! Yes there are lots of cheaper copies floating around. Ive been using OKO for years and have had really good success with them.
