Re: What size carb?
Yup! That is the one. I spray paint mine with hi temp (4000 deg.) header paint-flat black. Looks “stock” and I like having the extra rust barrier. Have fun dude and be safe

Re: What size carb?
Go with the NCY pipe. Very affordable. It doesn’t require super hi-rpm’s to work well. If you want all-out snap your neck back take-off power, the arrow is one of the best! Expensive for a daily-driver and it is susceptible to early self-destruction due to inert design fragility. It’s a loud as f__k...

Re: What size carb?
You will want to match up the carb/exhaust pipe to reach the powerband of the corsa. Choose your exhaust pipe to match the corsa then choose the carb is how I would do that. Choice of gear ratio is also going to be a factor in the tuning but the rider weight will also have to be a consideration to s...

Re: SB50P AF16 Swap Wheel Question
Find a set of wheels for a Dio af28 or af35 for disc brake as the oem wheel width is 2.15” and will fit within the metro stem with Dio forks. The wheels you link to are probably 3” wide and would not clear a disc brake setup with a metro stem. You could use 3” wheels with a ruckus stem as that stem ...

Re: AF28 ZX Oil Seal Problem
That could be a small journal crankshaft equipped early model af18 case. They would use the same seal on both sides because of the smaller crankshaft they use.

Re: Please forgive a noob on temperature questions
It sounds like you have everything correct but there may be a bit of a rich condition caused by the exhaust pipe possibly being a little clogged up? Can you verify the pipe as completely clean and un-clogged by oil/soot buildup? You could try running a hotter spark plug to help burn off the excess o...

Re: 87 af05 bkk carburetor
I’m brand new to older 2t Honda scooters. I have a 84 Honda aero I got from a buddy with a fresh 87 elite af05 that’s ported and has a malossi 70cc kit. It still has the stock carb and the stock exhaust. Right now it doesn’t have an air box. But I’m planning on using the stock air box as well. My q...

Re: rotor kit help
The rotor kit is to lighten the weight mass to get the rev's up quicker. It does not give more top end. It will only help take off rpms increas quicker. It's a lot of money for small result and I find the kit I use is worth it but may get the best result from a larger cc motor.

Re: Spree/Elite wheels
I believe the '83-'84 Aero motor has the 80 mm brake setup but I'm not sure of the spline count which say if spree wheel will fit. I would guess they do fit but don't take it for gospel. Someone here should be able to verify that. Here is a sb50/spree wheel.....https://www.ebay.com/itm/1989-Honda-SB...
