Re: Auto perferences (moved from cutting cylinder skirt...)

I'm into both, but I can get 225 out of my 1.6l turbo engine on stock internals everyday for 1,000,000 miles and your 5.7l chevy will make 200hp on a good day without extensive mods cam swaps headers etc. and idle poorly then at 300,000 blowup for no real reason. I went through my muscle stage with ...

Re: spitting fuel

I looked at the fiber glass reeds and they seemed really weak and flimsy /: probably order a set of cf ones soon. No cracks in the stockers though I had the reed cage out earlier today checkig them when I noticed how much fuel was shooting out. If I were actually using the amount of fuel being shot ...

spitting fuel

So I used the SEARCH function and found a bunch of instances of peoples scoots spitting fuel at idle when a reed is bad. I've noticed my scoot does this but not at idle instead at high rpms and it does it REALLY BAD, the idea that my reeds are closing to slowly pops into my head, and I've been havin...

Theres NO scratches in the cyl or on the piston and it doesn't affect ...
