Update: Found them in USA at powersportsplus.com 91001-GM4-000 is the OE number for future reference which equals a 20 x 47 x 12mm, 6204S bearing.

Yea I did not think it was going to fit in there, later cases probably have more meat for wider bearing races so on some scooters it might be correct.
