About to buy an 88 SB50P i know it is non variated. Question is there anyway or is it possible to swap in a variator from another model? Would any vari for an AF05E work?

put the stock honda weights back in (there 10g) still doesnt seem like a difference. How heavy should i go or what would be good for me? I weigh 210 btw

Greetings: You changed the Contra spring to a +1000 unit. The belt isn't getting into Overdrive because the spring is now too strong for the current weights. just finished her up yesterday parts include keli vari with 9g rollers, 1k torgue spring, 1k clutch springs, new oem clutch, new oem reeds, .25 over piston/rings. Before shed go over 40mph now stuck at 40mph. Should i put in heavier rollers to gain a higher top speed?

If by boss you mean the spacer that goes inside the vari onto the shaft then yes

put a keli in my 87 se50 along with the stiffer clutch springs. for some reason when both are in and the belt is on the toothed plate infront of the vari doesnt wanna fit on and bolt up nicely am i doing something wrong?
