Ok finally an update I have this little b**** of a project completed and am finally really happy with the results!! Got it tuned with a 45 pilot and a 118 main with needle clip in the middle! Runs like a bat out of *. Not sure of top speed as there is nowhere I can safely do a top speed run here but...

pressure tester built. can't seem to seal exhaust good enough to keep pressure. made metal plate with 2 holes and used exhaust gasket underneath to seal up sxhaust side. so far exhaust is the only area i see leaking. any tips for sealing exhaust? gonna buy big paper gasket tomorrow and try that... ...

Ok to update I'm now running a 50mm kit from Taiwan (can't remember the name), with 21mm carb 45pilot and 118 main, all leakdown tested and heat cycled more than 7 times,(lost count at 7) still having problems with temps! Have never been to WOT 100psi compression. Have not time to work on it this we...

check for a air leak and make sure the compression is 125. use the kick lever and not the electric start to check that. also make sure your not using a long hose and a adapter for the compression tester. it adds volume to the head so compression readings will be lower How many psi do you think the ...
