im not talking any talk maddog..im workin on my 1st scooter build... im a noob w scooters but not 2 strokes is what i am sayin. the whole cvt thing is totally new to me...im very familiar with polini due to thier 50cc dirtbikes and also their pocketbikes and motors.malossi too. stage 6 is new to me ...

i dont think the malossi and polini sport iron bbks turn as many rpms as the stage 6 .. reguardless of the pipe.. there is too much of a difference.. but i agree with what you are saying.. i used to build and race 2 stroke dirt bikes which are similar to sccots but a whole different animal at the sa...

i understand what you are saying a matched pipe tuned to each bore would def produce optimal results in each bbk for sure .. thats definately logical.. but a pipe isnt gonna make the engine gain 2-3k rpms in revs.. thats all in the bore and head design ,timing , compression,etc...and yes also carb s...

i think what they were saying is that stage 6 was much less in price and performed as good if not better on these motors.. the top stage 6 is the mhr or corsa equivelant for much less tahn them , at a price point comparible to the sport bores.and the 2nd place performing bore was cheaper than the ma...

the bore is what determines the rpm range or how high it revs..am i right? the pipe is a tuning tool combined w the proper carb and jetting.. the pipe cant make the bores rev any higher... stage 6 bores revved much higher than the polini and the malossi... just like a corsa and mhr rev higher than t...

they used the same pipe with all 4 bores..
