Re: Finally and excellent pipe for the AERO50! Thanks G9!

I was doing 50-53 on average on my 65cc polini aero build top speed on GPS was 57. Running at about 8500-9k average rpm and toped out at 10100k but it was with some extremely light rollers and didn't give me and speed just an amazing take off. My 0-45 was insane lol. I had some 9.1 af16 gears machi...

Finally: An Excellent Pipe for the AERO50! Thanks G9!

This post is all about a pipe and how it will change Aero's forever...... Over the course of the summer I worked with G9 at scooter swap shop, on testing his polini equipment as well as a "top secret" new exhaust the he had developed. I had great progress but got torn away back to school f...

Re: AF rear locknut

Maybe a third party site? Maybe a Chinese scooter with the same nut? Or even anyone parting out an AF moto...

Re: For you wiring nuts i need your help! remote start secur

With Peds help we were able to get the alarm and remote start working. Sadly ped an i discovered there was no way to have the remote start work without the kick start working at the same time. This mean the bike could be started with out a key! We ultimately decided this remote starter was meant to ...

Re: For you wiring nuts i need your help! remote start secur

HI ABREEN. let's keep it simple. this is for the alarm noise only. negative 2 the battery, positive to the switch power all the time, or battery positive. and the one wire to the trumpet. You don't have to install electric start or the flashing lights. the box should have a motion sensor that sets ...

Re: For you wiring nuts i need your help! remote start secur

Maybe its not for you if you cant follow peds instructions. I can look at his instructions, look at the diagrams and do it in my head. He said exactly what goes to what in relation to your diagrams from the cheap china alarm diagram and the Honda workshop. Time to take off some panels and take a lo...
