Start with a #75 and go up or down from there. I started off with a #70, then i moved up 400 meters in elevation and had to go to a #75, then i did the intake mod and had to re jet to a #80. I live at 680 meters above sea level. things may be different where you live.

I haven't got around to trying the yellow springs yet. I've just been to darn buisy. As far as a 39mm socket for the clutch goes,.......I just used vise grips. Glad the guys at top gear could help you out. they are pritty good people.

you did this to a spree engine? was it a blot on mod or was there some machining to do? how much did you have to bore the cylinder? what is the cost of the parts? where did you get them?

OK, I'll give this on a shot. This is all explained in the technical section. But I'll say thi anyways. The washers are used to re-align the pully halves so the belt rides straight. OK. you see that lip on the pully? Shave it off. ALL OF IT.you can aleays adjust it with washers after to tune it to your likeing.

I use a #80 jet in my spree. I have a K&N cone filter and a de restricted intake.

Try it and see. You may run way to rich though if you don't have a very modded spree.
