yes on the cheaper side but a vast improvement on the stock shocks .

get some nice gas or oil shocks for the front .The stock af27 shocks have no gas or oils they are dry sprung and not very good .

Aftermarket fans do this .

Great work ped . Thats a brillant cheap and easy way to sort out them old worn bushes .I wish id have thought of this when i replaced mine .

could also be a faulty guage or sender .If it isnt the filter as ped said then top up the tank befor you hit 1/4.

i have one on my old af05e it works great .

there is no longer stroke crank for the Af05e motors .You cant even machine the cases because you would have to move all of the case bolts out 7mm .Best to get a AF18 motor they can be build up to 125cc monsters .you can only get 65cc out of a af05e .

yes to all of them questions and the af18 carb is different to af16 .The af18 has removeable pilot jets.

yes the AF18 have a vacume pipe next to the oil pump .
