Been part of this place for over 4 yrs now . Wow where has the time gone ? I still stop in from time to time to see the builds and some are really awesome. Well done to the guys behind the scenes and the work they put in .

Great to hear that beast will tip 65 - 70kmh when tuned up nicely a pipe would really wake it up tho .

I have a spare airbox lid and a good clutch here some where .You still got my number ? Txt me ill sort you out ive still got lots of nifty parts ive also got a sb50 intake manifold and reeds which bolt up but are much larger than the stock nifty setup.I may actually have a nifty clutch here thati fi...

Hi i live i CHCH i have a set of the taz gears which would suit your 48mm bbk quite nicely they are used but only done about 300kms on them. $50 + shipping unless local pm me for more details .I also have alot of other nifty fifty parts and honda smile parts.

Ive seen a few here and no one had over fueling issues .Most are running oko carbs not polini .It has to be a carb issue

Please stay away from SCOOTEC in Christchurch .Trust me this guy is a butcher on price and sells cheap chinese knock off parts .He also only like to work on chinese minrelli clones .If you need to buy any parts you are best to stick with G9 or Red Eft Performance these guys know there stuff there ge...

it really needs to be tapped into the case pressure.The pumps are pulse operated and the pulse isnt strong enough from the intake .I fitted a afo5e to a af28 frame with the same floor tank and ran a airline off the mani like you have but couldnt get it to run at its full potential as it was starving...

I just used 1mm washers on the inside .A nice machined shim would be nice tho .

measure the ring end gap that will tell you if you honed the bore beyond service limits .The bbk will need larger jets and some tuning to get it to run correctly.If you just bolt on and go it wont last very long .

my nifty fifty (spree) just has a on/off valve no vacumme control just constent flow ive never had a problem
