Re: Thanks Scooter Swap Shop for my build
Upgraded my s trans to zx style with a malossi torque driver hoping this would help lower my rpms and not shoot past my powerband and let me tell you this was of my best investments yet! With the s trans I'll be running 42grams and still reving 10800 near 69mph but take off was a tad slower any ligh...

Re: Thanks Scooter Swap Shop for my build
Did some tuning on Friday and no matter what I did it could not break 70 one thing I did not change during my tuning was my center which stayed at 15% maybe If I hold it longer for a mile maybe but each time I get to 69 I'll over Rev. To 12-15k depending on how long I continue to hold it. This is al...

Re: Dirty 98 Elite- updated thread throughout
Idk but I've been hitting all types of max rpms due to over revs all with a 1000 malossi center having difficulty holding the rpms in my powerband here's one at 14k shoot way past my powerband. I'm trying to stay away from stiffer centers but it seems I may end up stepping up and lose my daily to a ...

Re: Thanks Scooter Swap Shop for my build
Got it mounted might try a different color but I still like it. One thing I just found out tonight tho is stage6 or any straight back kicker lever won't work on dd50 covers since it will not clear and will hit cover when trying to kick start :( http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/jsixzonev/mopeds...

Re: Thanks Scooter Swap Shop for my build
For cutting I used a dremel with various bits mostly used the reinforced fiber wheel to do most of the cutting and a right and a right angle adapter for the insides. Used a pack of 5 disc to complete the job if I had better equipment t I would've cut the time in half since dremel got extremely hot m...

Re: Thanks Scooter Swap Shop for my build
Didn't get to do runs but this weekends project was something I always wanted to do with a dd50 kicker cover http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/jsixzonev/mopeds/20150418_162358_zpsow3iqyhx.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a278/jsixzonev/mopeds/20150419_124708_zps6gaezgkb.jpg Was a b#!/0/ to...
