Sorry that part is confusing. I explained it horribly. The shaft turned. With the bolt. and Part #2 stayed still. which is the bad part.

So I was loosening the bolt on my drive face to get the belt on. and I'm pretty sure something went wrong. I'm bad with part names so bear with me. I just like to keep things all good. I figured since I had it apart I might as well clean it.

Is there anything to use to clean a clutch? I know that pads are sensitive to grease and such. Would brake cleaner work?

An 86' Honda Spree will do wheelies bone stock, if you have a deathwish like bear said. All you have to do is lean off the back, and drag your feet just right. and you will have to find your balance. Theres two plates that the belt ride between on the clutch, The far one broke off the clutch assembly and was spinning free while the other one was still connected to the clutch. Ive never kicked a door but thats a good one Ive usually just thrown the bird. But theres always a chance that they turn around. and I dont like that.

You're absolutely right, i opened it up and found the inside cover filled with black belt material that had been worn off. also some metal shavings. But i still need to buy a clutch because mine is still broke. And its not worth welding. Thanks bear.
