Ok so I picked up a compression tester and tested it, which came out to around 70 PSI. According to the manual, the minimum is 114. So I think this is my problem. Thanks for the help guys. Very nice man. Islander huh? Grew up on BI, lived on Oahu and Maui and moved to LA last year. So awesome to have a scoot in the islands. I just picked up a '84 Spree. Unfortunately it's not running but when it is I'm gonna see what I can do. Anyway good stuff!
