The CDI and coil pic posted are exactly what I swapped in. With a 100 main jet and Polini foam air filter my mid range and top end were less temperamental and overall power increased

With some tuning you can get decent performance out of a CH80. My daily commuter CH80 responded really well to rollers, intake and jetting. Agreed graphite. Once I went 2T, particularly big bore 2T no turning back. My BBK 2T is as reliable and starts every time just like my daily driver CH80 4T.

How about a Ruckus-style gas tank so we can get it off the frame behind the seat and run a low-profile seat similar to a Ruck's. Skelly SA50's would be so much sexier and riding position wouldn't be so high.

Time for closure- rebuilt and recleaned the OKO and its sterling again. I ended up grabbing the Polini carb as well and decided I'm gonna keep that one on the bike with a new black intake.

Have had my head in this manual since the day before I picked this scoot up. Will start from the plug cap and work my way back again and check the switch's continuity as well. Was hoping the description of my problem would light a few light bulbs in someone's head.
