a little more retro in the back end, but almost the same

so, i pulled the carb apart a few times this weekend, still playing with it
came to the realization that the scooter has no reed valves
and i am missing a spring in the idle screw
just thinking of a rebuild or another
what would be the recomendation for jets ?

and it's starting to look more and more like it's the clutch it gets a hot burnt clutch smell if i punch it off the line it's a bit better if i baby it, but still starts to act funny at the 10-15 minute mark i have the whole clutch and bell housing on order as well, so i'll put in the new spring int...

after we played with it before, everything seemed so good, that i didn't even think about it !
i have lighter than stock weights, should i be looking at a different tension than stock ?

is that 'cold start' feature something in the carb ?
I have the Carb from a CR80 dirtbike on it (there when i bought it)
I will pull my carb apart again and see if i can clean it up more

not that i can tell
it has a manual choke on the carb, and no oil injection, i pre-mix
the only hose going to the carb is for gas, even that hose has nothing but a shut-off on it, not even a filter !
that's something else i need to deal with.....

so i did the rollers, did touch the belt or plug thought i would only change one thing at a time to see if i could figure out which thing did it i know it was recommended that i go with 15's for weight all i had access to was 12 and 14.5's i am going to go with all heavier i think, but i wanted to s...

the rollers are so flat on some sides you can almost see the metal i will swap them out, and see if that is any better, also look at greasing the pins in the rear i'm putting a new belt on as well, just in case we'll see how that helps or not, and i'm sure i'll be back again tomorrow with news thank...
