was there a lot of black sot looking stuff inside the case? if you find it to be a lot chances are a new belt is in order

do you have a impact wrench?? if not you might be able to lock the rear brake and then spin the nut

could be weak clutch springs or junked belt

they are all in Hawaii and Michigan :smile:

maddog- just ordered the keli last night- i also got a 21mm flatside carb 4 petal reedcage, free flow exhaust and about to order a bore kit-- the engine has the 11-1 gears so ill be good for now

ok no flywheel puller or puller in sight- not sure where it is-but the something insdie the stator is binding- i can see where it is rubbing- assuming something went horribly wrong with my ebay A++ guarantee engine

se50 bad bearings or crank?

hey guys just got my "running" engine from ebay... turn out it spins freely then hits a spot where it binds, it can be pushed past this binding point.. im trying to see what would cause this? the piston and bore look great.. thanks

i am trying to run largerfront and rear pullies, i am assuming the cases will need to be trimmed. the zx rear clutch is a bolt on affair correct?
