JIS screw drivers are what we should be using on are scoots . American Phillips screw drivers tend to make a mess of super tight Honda screws . Your brother would be correct ,at least from my experience . To transfer and tag an already titled bike with the previous owners signed over title runs around $150.00. Yes I know, looked at them a couple of years ago . I had the CHT and Tack , I use them on my Paramotors .
For the money yours is better deal and back lit as well . Just got around to figuring out photo bucket tonight and thought

Mine has MLM pipe , 70 jet , 2.75 rear tire , all else stock . Just makes 36 GPS on my Garmin .
That is 10,000 RPM . That would be on cool (70 ish) flat road no wind ( and me @ 160 all up).
You must be a good deal past 10,000 ?
