i'm sure you've got a shop manual, but let me know if you need the original wiring scheme. i'd be happy to scan it for you (or anyone).

I really just need to finalize the wiring, add liquids and see how close my jetting is. i think Im running a 35 and a 90 on the jets so i hope that is somewhat close. IMG_5304.JPG I...

Re: Does anyone else own a Honda NS 50?

So I got the radiator in place. I had to use the original radiator because its pretty difficult to find new ones and I am not aware of any radiator upgrades that easily fit into place. The radiator I have is in good shape actually, the black paint looks nice and the cap is in good shape. I ordered t...

Re: Does anyone else own a Honda NS 50?

Should run crisp with the larger intake. Small bores like air. Sometimes its not about size but how the ports are setup. Did 1man do the port work? i had the porting done by a local specialist in southern California. he specializes in track racing bikes. the company is Boyko Racing and he is in Cos...

Re: Does anyone else own a Honda NS 50?

Re: Does anyone else own a Honda NS 50?

Got the brake cable and the Speedometer cable all set in. the Axle is in the wrong direction but i don't think it will matter much. this really shows the powder-coated rims, the cleaned up brake panel, and the new fancy tires. so exciting IMG_4938.JPG This is also the brake light mount i am using. i...
