I just got a new battery

hi the same thing happend to me but i found out the bolt that holds the carb on was one thred too long and it crushed in the hole bystarter area very slightly and i had to get a new carb body.

hi i have a 1984 honda spree and it makes a really bad screch and crunch noise when ever i try to start it but it dosent make noises when it runs.
can any body help me?
