not sure where I mightput this... need Aero 80 help

I need to replace the crank seals on my aero 80, but the crank mounted drive pulley/kickstart-gear (not kickstart, its on the crank) wont come off! Ive tried a puller, I've tried heat, I've even stretched "Unstretchable" bolts with the puller. Is there something i'm missing here? help?
