Stock gears. I think I found prob it the shaft that holds clutch not sure what it's called I tore my other scooter down and quit makn noise when I swaped it

I just replace the bearing and still doin it I also replace bearing in the cover The shaft seems to have to much play in the bearing possibly putting gears in bind??? I don't what else it could be

No it does it with clutch pulley off the bike Just rotating wheel by hand it catches feel like grabing

Does anybody make a new rear axle?
After the new bearings still locking up rear tire.
The rear axle has some play in it.
Wondering if the play could be putting the gear in a bind??

No didn't see any filings it also tries to lockup Could it be the clutch by chance?

hello Im working on my dads 1999 Honda elite its been making a whining rubbing type noise coming frome rear end so I took gear cover off didn't see anything really noticeable but I went ahead and replaced the bearing for rear drive shaft and bearing in the cover still making noise gets louder the fa...

ok guys just removed malossi cast bbk and v8 pipe and installed corsa and pg long I was thinking this would rip it has 24mm oko 9to1 1500 clutch and contra ive messed with rollers and jetting this thing is a turd down low the other set up would walk all over this set up anyway to get low end (wheeli...

Some people say I may have air leak but if I did would it be hard to start and idle erratic. What's best way to check ? Starts right up and runs good I new to the carb tuning

72 malossi cast so moving the clip down will riching? My other bike has same set up but has 24 mm carb with same size pilot and no probs
