I can't get this dern thing to idle properly. It will get up to 40 mph It seems to like 1/4 throttle. Also the throttle needle doesn't seem to affect rpm a great deal. The coil does however have some breakage. I will be replacing it tomorrow. Would the coil if not fully connected make it not want to...

Trying to rig some type of air filter for an aero 80. I have the complete air box and lid. Just need to cobble up some type of filter until I can order one or order a comparable. I have some spree air box foam and maybe a Yamaha razz and or Zuma. Thanks!

But sometimes I still gotta drop a f bomb or an OH Reaalllyy Honda San. I.e. Nh80 muffler removal.

So I need an intake valve....Honda has stopped making them and partzilla is out as well....
any ideas on an aftermarket one? or am I forced by the hands of Ebay.

Fixing to scoop up a jog and ditch my ruckus project for my zuma motor. Will need to beef up the front suspension. Any recommendations?

Check the carb to motor flange. Is it the metal or plastic one? Sometimes the plastic ones are prone to cracking.

How many miles on the motor?

Make sure your exhaust pipe isn't clogged.

Anyone know if the sb50 and spree mufflers will swap?
Also, is the sb50 restricted like the Iowa spree muffler is?
