Greetings: See if RedEft still has the Malossi primaries for AF05 block. 16/32 for a 7.83:1 final drive will get to 60 with tuning and an SP-3 or better exhaust. Mine got to 58 before I went AF16. Ya that would help, but I'm gonna try and stick with all stock cases. Even if I get close to 55mph I would be happy with it.

I picked this Aero up from my buddy a little while ago and it blew the top end so now it's time to build it up to see if I can get close to 60mph out of the AF05E motor that's in it. For our jet skis we would use the rustoleum paint. Use the roll on stuff and you thin it out with mineral spirits. Ill see if I can find a link. It comes out pretty good.
