compression is one thing to look at ,but more important is the squish. again to much compression will make it run slower because of the added pressure in the cylinder, the motor will not be able to rev up to its full potential. Check the squish, then adjust for compression, some where in between you...

Porting is a hit or miss thing , especially if you never did it before. I have been porting since the mid 90s and have very specific n...

make sure you break that bore in "really" good, like 10 gas tanks worth before holding it wide open . Nothing beats a good broken in polini. Unlike the hard breaking in, i wouldnt advise to do it with this cylinder. Those things when they are fresh heat seizes pretty easy . The best ones i...

you can do a air cooled 125cc
52.6 crank , 54 bore. I have build a few of them here. very fast but not a along day of cruising. You need to ride these more by watching your temp gauge than enjoying the views LOL

plug color can be achieved in a 1/4 mile at full throttle, make sure once you hold it wide open for awhile, shut if off. if you ride it back home it might change. SO make sure when you do it, ride towards your home hehe! also you can go to 40:1 mix. make sure you are using a pre mix oil, not a injec...
