to make it run the best, you would need to find a new airbox. Right now its running lean, that means easier to seize. Using any other after market air cleaner would be a pain because of the different air flow you get. It would be tuned like from the factory. Unless you have a after market set up. al...

not mush conversions would be a direct bolt on. The easiet bet is to get a SYM DD50 Disc front end and modify it. That would be the most easy to find. Its always a good project if your into Mc Gyvering things!

lol well i know from experience that any types of chain saw oil is not good. They gunk up your exhaust, they are not very clean burning which is why when people bring in repairs at my shop, thats on of the first things i look for is use of non synthetic oils. LOL in the bucket never lies! Also anoth...

actually Dac you are incorrect about jogs. LOL as much as i hate to admit it, the jog/minarelli motor set up is way more efficient working than a dio motor "chokes" cough , cough! hahah I have seen this play out many times. I know that a 72cc set up built on both motors ,perfectly tuned, j...

was the bike running for awhile? Are you running the injector? if you are i would suggest zip tie it open, and a few cap fulls of oil to your gas, LOL to me , better to have t much and fowl plugs then to score and burn pistons thats sounds like a typical heat seize. You might want to pull the head &...

always remember the pilot jet effects off idle about 1/4 of the throttle. The rest is the mains. By adjusting the needle clip you can make your main jett alittle bigger or smaller.

for breaking in i always use crappy 2 stroke oil, non synthetic.. if your using the injector, i would suggest first to zip tie it open, and add a few caps of oil directly into the gas tank, mix well. Breaking in always runs way hotter than usually running temps. As for the zip tie trick..remember wh...

when you are trying to throttle it, try covering the opening the carb a bit, making it richer.. from there you can figure out if it need to go bigger or smaller jets. Remeber you need to tune it how you are going to ride it, some people tune it with a air cleaner, then take it off when the ride LOL ...

i would suggest 40 to 1
make sure you give your bike a good "hula" shaking before you ride, the oil and gas do separate.

i would try 135 main, some bikes can go as high as 140 easily. A 45/48 pilot is pretty close. a 52 is way big for that set up.
hope that works for you
