i would put the stock boz back on but i used the stock tube that connects carb to box on the pod filter setup that fell off and got ran over lol, soo if anyone on here has one they would like to get rid of please contact me! thnks for your help

@birdman its a 89 elitelx, polini vari kit 6.6 rollers new cdi and maaan what a difference, the mid range power was nore than i imagened

i was runing it like that for about 10 minutes lol, yes i know its not good. my pod filter popped off and i needed a quick fix untill i bought my new filter, so now its back to having a filter

40.8mph!
I weigh about 210 and this think is a little ripper now with this vari, smooth acceleration and hard pulls even up hills. I am more than satisfied with my purchase

Polini variator install!
Popped the cover and as to be expected it's a lil dirty but no clutch wobble and the belt is still oem honda in good shape! Thanks Brandon at te scooterswapshop.com I can't believe the gains!

thanks guys, i lost my pod filter and i had used the stock inlet tube from the oe air box to connect so now i have no filter stock or aftermarket...fml

here she is in all her glory! pretty much bone stock, put a cdi,pod filter, and bored the stock exhaust. get them rims painted nice and copper and now its ready to roll!

thanks for the input, im not looking for cheap cheap i just meant the best priced good parts. so i will deffinately be buying a variator from your swap shop some rollers and some other goodies. i just have a budget of about 500-600$ trying to keep it right around that price but looking for 45-50mph....
