Re: 1986 Honda Spree NQ50 part question
The common name is a "Fuel petcock cover". I have seen them on eBay but not cheap. Try post again on the "Buy and Sell" thead on this form. Somebody may have one that they would part with. Good luck.

Re: Waving
I don't wave at anybody. I'm afraid to let go of the handle bars. I do beep at everyone. The Harley guys, the Honda gang, Yamaha folks, all cars, bicycles, and people walking. I get waves back from most everyone I beep at. I even got a nood from a Harley guy once. But, like the old TV ads back in th...

Re: honda express sr wont run
I had that exact problem and like motormike said in his last statement, it was the gas cap. just loosened it to test and it ran fine. I had just clean the tank and must have plugged it up.

Re: Correct Jet size for OEM carb
Real nice day in N. IL. and thought I'd swoop some carbs. The aftermarket carb had a jet in it that was about a #75 ( not marked but sized it with drill bits ). That surprised me. I was sure it was going to be bigger then the #80 the OEM had. Installed an #82 that I had handy and the and the Aero ra...

Re: Correct Jet size for OEM carb
I looked that "Parts Fiche" up on Goggle and that is a great web page. Tons of information. Got it in the bookmarks now. Looks like that #80 was correct. I'll put it back together and reinstall in the spring. At the same time I'm going to check the size of the jet in the after-market carb....

Correct Jet size for OEM carb
I have a 85 Aero NB50M all stock and have it up and running with a after-market carb. It runs fine, other then a little rich for the first minute or two, but want to get the original back on it. I'm working on the third time at rebuilding the OEM. The last time I ran it with this carb it started and...

Re: Find a variator to replace 87 Elite SE50P one.
Thanks graphite9. I'll take that into consideration. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with this engine yet. The original plan was to save it for a backup for my 85 Aero and leave it stock but after looking at all the "goodies" on your website a "soup up" would be fun. What I eve...

Find a variator to replace 87 Elite SE50P one.
I have a 87 Elite SE50P and the variator is showing some wear. I figure this would be a good time to replace the restricted one with a non-restricted unit. I understand that any 85-87 Aero or any 87-93 Elite variator will work as long as they are AF05E 50cc motors. I find a number of variator online...

I thought the 23100-GG1-751 would work but needed some confirmation from some more knowledgeable members. Thanks much to all.

87 Elite se50p drive belt replacement
On this 87 Elite se50p I have a drive belt that is out of spec. ( .530 ). The number on the belt is 23100-gr1-0030. I can not fine one with that exact number. Is there a different number belt that will fit on this scoot and where can I find one?
