Update on this: I ordered and installed a correct Honda air filter and replaced both fuel and vac hoses. The fuel hose was flaking off inside and a piece had gotten lodged in the carb fuel inlet. Now Iget to figure out why it wont run right under part throttle. Keeps acting like it's starving for gas.

I used a drill bit and cut it down to size, works great. I finally got the Spree to start right up when cold and idle fine.
